1. The one artwork i feel i did the most successful would definitely have to be my Kanye bear. It's the art piece i have worked the longest on and i am very satisfied with the outcome besides the fact that it crazed a little bit on the bottom right hand corner but there was nothing i could do about that, something just happened during the firing.
2. The project that i felt i over came the most adversity would have to be my nature vase that would turn into leaves as it got higher. This is probably because i would start to over lap the leaves and slip and score to the original vase i had they would not fit properly and fall of so it was a little difficult to make it work out and i liked the overall outcome of the piece very much.
The two pieces that i feel made my skills grow as an artist would have to be the only two i have done this year and those would be my Kanye bear and the nature vase i made. My reasoning for this would be because i was very satisfied with the ending results of both pieces and i think the glazes suited them perfectly.
With this new way of working at a self pace i have had no frustrations its actually been the opposite way around its easier to work at your own pace and have all the time you need to finish your art works. The positives about this is that you can have all the time you need to perfect what your making but the negative this it that you can take too long to finish and not be able to advance to the next thing you want to build which this happened to me and personally i think we should go back to how it used to be that way more work gets done.
